The following cards we accept payment with. Visa Debit, Visa Credit and Mastercard.

If you turn up more than 15 minutes after your game has started, timer will start at 15 minutes into the game & you will only have the remaining time (not the full hour).

Should the customers break anything in the room or damage the room then you will be fined.

For safety reasons we recommend players are ages 10+. Any players under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible player / guardian aged 18+ at all times NB. The responsible adult must play in the game and count as one of the group.

You cannot reserve a slot without payment.

No pictures or videos to be taken of inside the rooms, if you do then you will be escorted out the room immediately and will not be allowed to finish the game.

Refund Policy: Refunds are only available within 24 hours of booking, provided that there are more than 48 hours remaining before your scheduled game. Please request your refund via email at [email protected].

No Transfers Within 24 Hours: If you cancel or request to change your booking within 24 hours of your game, we will not be able to reschedule your game.
